Although Kerry is (was) nice and full of
personality, her presentation of serious
news events just didn't fit the mood
of the stories she reported on.

note to readers: "radiogal" has no idea what she/he is talking about. The truth is exactly the opposite - bz's ratings at 11 are thru the roof, and are up at 5 and 6 too. Other than that, a fine post.

Radiogal: Sorry, but check your facts. BZ's ratings are UP this fall. They're a dominant number one at 11pm. The 5 and 6 are up over last year. The morning show is flat year-to-year, but not down. Where do you get your information? Things haven't been this good for BZ in nearly two decades.

If Kerry was put back in a familiar position, she would be doing even better. I think she would be great as the morning anchor, not traffic person.
Also, time to update the homepage. The Randy interview was a long time ago, and Butch was not exactly last week either.

Kerry Connolly anchored this morning along with Dawn Hasbrook. Wish I saw that! But on an unreleated note, why hasn't Kerry done much else like reporting or something else at noon? She seems to get it easy, just doing morning traffic and all. |
