I noticed while watching the 10PM Newscast tonight that it seems there is more red on the set now. You can notice behind the anchors to the left and right of the tv monitors that there is more red light or paint on the walls. Also in the weather center there is a news red wall behind the computers.

I do not often watch FOX25, but if I had to guess, perhaps some set upgrades to prepare for their transition to HD?

Red, white and blue is channel 25's color scheme. You can draw your own conclusions.

I used to be an intern at fox a few years ago. they turn the red lights on in the offices behind the news desk during newscasts, because if they didn't the natural light would be distracting to the viewer.
