Not saying you're wrong, but nowhere in that clip does it explicitly say she's leaving Channel 7, only WZLX. I'm sure we'll get more info soon.

WBZ's Melissa Mack will be providing forecasts for WZLX (which is a CBS Radio station).

Dylan was indeed in Seatle. She was visiting her brother. She was replaced on WZLX because it is owned by CBS and they wish to have Melissa doing weather. Dylan will remain at 7News.

Phew, I must say that is quite a relief, I highly enjoy Dylan as my go to weather person in the mornings before work. Not to mention shes very cute too.
