Why is the time off one hour on the top header, i.e. right now it is 3:08 pm EST and the header says 2:06?

I don't know but if you click on whatever button on your top banner leads you to your personal settings, there should be something in there to allow you to change it.

I found that there is drop down menu about daylight savings, which I corrected, and thus the time is right. Thanx
