In response to southofboston the problem is not the hiring Manager. The problem appears to be that you are an extremley bad judge of talent. Shannon Mulaire is a breath of fresh air. She does not come accross as a phony as most newscasters do she comes accross as a funny and informed. Maybe you should get your news from the internet.
