I too saw this a few days ago and thought it was hope in there being sidebars up here on 7. However, I have seen more videos and it appears that they only use the sidebars for intros, in the actual promos they use the plain black.
Don't even get me started on how unprofessional the no-side bar look is. I don't understand why they don't get them.
