For obvious reason, the major focus of the discussions here are about the anchors and reporters; they are the faces of each station. However, as everyone knows, there are many people charged with producing newscasts.

WBZ photographer Nat Whittemore retired yesterday. Herald columnist Joe Fitzgerald has a nice piece in today's edition. Nat is 71 and a true legend himself, he worked with others who were legends in their own right as well, including Charlie Austin and Shelby Scott who are photographed alongside Nat in the article.
